COMMAND AND LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME

The Command and Leadership Programme (CLP) is organized for newly approved/ promoted two-star officers from tri-services. The aim of this program is to enhance awareness of newly promoted senior military officers for higher command and staff assignments. The participants of the program are provided an opportunity to engage in interactive sessions with professionals and experts from various fields on the subjects of national security issues, leadership, and management.

• Participants: Newly approved two Star officers from Army, Navy and Air Force
• Held annually in July / August
